Flavio La Rocca
President
After growing up in the construction industry and as a graduate in Civil Engineering, Flavio has transitioned the company from lawn maintenance to more demanding services as a Construction Company with expertise in Masonry, Landscaping, Excavation, Drainage and Asphalt work. Flavio oversees day-to-day operations, equipment purchases, Marketing, and Advertising Division. Flavio also meets personally with all his clients and supervises every aspect of work. From time to time he enjoys doing some of the work or jumping in a truck or piece of equipment himself, not only because it pleases him but it also reminds him where and how this company began.
Maria La Rocca
Vice President
Maria has worked with different companies ranging from Arthur Anderson, Pepsi Co, and Sidney Frank Importing Co. in Advertising and Marketing. Maria also has a Landscape background having grown up in a family-owned business in Chicago, Illinois. After marrying Flavio in 1995, she brought her expertise to F. La Rocca & Sons, Inc. and assists in heading the Marketing and Advertising Department, as well as oversees all accounting aspects such as Receivable and Payable and office management. In addition, Maria meets with clients to go over projects and assists in major purchases.
Cathy Porco
Office Manager
Cathy brings her expertise as an Executive Assistant. Her previous position was held as Executive Assistant for Ms. Lilian Vernon. In 2007 she started working for Flavio La Rocca and Sons, Inc. as secretary and has progressed to Office Manager. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
